The current controls in this facility is very outdated and therefore the clients came to Premiair Automation & Controls for a complete upgrade including valve replacements, new 3D graphics complete with new control strategies and HTML user interface. The building mainly consists on Air Handling Units in which Niagara analytics will also be utilised. We are looking forward to achieving fantastic results with this project and having another happy customer.
Penguin Parade Visitors Centre
The Penguin Parade Visitors Centre is a 5000m2 facility consisting of classrooms, theatres, retail tenancies, commercial kitchen and café and more. The HVAC plant consists of AHUs, FCUs, Hybrid Heat Pumps, primary and secondary pumps, etc Premiair Automation are carrying out the Mechanical Electrical and BMS on this state of the art project and look forward to completing yet another amazing project
This highly insulated, double-glazed building has been designed holistically. This results in universal access, workplace efficiency, safety and staff comfort, all within the principles of ecological sustainability. Its Green Star Energy Rating and Plant requirements will mean this will be a fantastic project for our team. Premiair Automation has been awarded the Mechanical Electrical and BMS for this project which consists of Chillers, Heating Hot Water Generators, Various Pumps, ERVs, FCUs, PAC units and various miscellaneous fans.
The Baptcare Wyndham Lodge Redevelopment project shall comprise a new four-level residential aged care building that shall be built on the site of the existing single-storey building adjacent the existing two-storey building that fronts Greaves Street and which is known as Featherstone House. The Greaves building contains 30 beds and the new extension building is proposed to house 120 beds. This project consists of 156 Gas Powered AC Units, 4 Boilers and Associated Pumps, Smoke Spill Fans, 4 Evaporative Coolers, Misc Fans etc

Towers 3 & 4 Docklands
These two iconic towers in the prestige part of the docklands are home for many and consist mainly of luxury apartments. We took control of all main plant in both the east & west towers and delivered all aspects of the plant on a detailed and highly accurate building management system, this was an upgrade from an old BMS and during the upgrade the building improved efficiency through different control strategies.
Jeep/Hyundai and Pre-Delivery Facilities
Premiair Automation & Controls has just finished all the mechanical electrical for the biggest car dealership in the southern hemisphere. Located on Old Geelong Rd Hoppers Crossing the Jeep/Hyundai and Pre-Delivery Facilities far exceed other car dealerships. Premiair Automation & Controls supplied and installed all mechanical electrical for the facility which consists of 3 mechanical boards, 5 packaged air conditioning units with controls including economy, car park CO2 and 55 Split systems with outstanding results.
Sunbury Square Shopping Centre
Sunbury Square shopping centre consists of many favourite retailers and is fast becoming a destination to shop to your hearts delight. We are working with Sunbury Square to take control of the existing PAC units and provide an interactive Building Management System for Facilities Management to become part of the building and control the comfort for all in the centre.
Altona Library opened in 1965 and was extended in 1991. It has lovely views across Logan Reserve to Altona Beach and is a key part of the community. We installed a Building Management System along with an energy efficiency screen for the public and those concerned to view. This project included the integration of several power, water & gas meters, a weather station for smarter building control and efficient program strategies like night purging and economy control
Baptcare Valley Park – Westmeadows
The $160 million broader development of the West meadows site is a partnership between the State Government of Victoria, residential developers Frasers and Baptcare. The project will deliver: - a new 90 bed residential aged care facility; - 110 new social housing homes; - 34 independent living units for older residents co-located with the aged facility; - more than 200 new private homes for sale; and - new landscaped parks, bike and pedestrian paths, and improved community facilities.The project is expected to be completed by late 2017.
Heritage Gardens Aged Care
The new two-storey Epping Gardens site will house 148 beds and cost approx. $32M, around $215,000 a bed. Designed by Point Health Architects and developed by McMullin Property, Epping Gardens is its 26th aged care facility. Heritage Care has existing aged care facilities in Sydenham, Bayswater North and inner-city Prahran. Developments are also planned for Melton, Werribee and Mt Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula.
